On a total of 3 terraces and a total area of almost 400 square meters, our penthouse offers everything one or two or three families need for a wonderful holiday with us.
Our penthouse for up to 11 people is located directly on the Languedoc wine fields and the Canal de la Robine!

The penthouse is the perfect place to merge outside and inside and enjoy the best of both worlds!
There are a total of three outdoor terraces and the pool terrace is clearly the focal point! The 20sqm pool and the 70sqm sun terrace are connected to the living room and kitchen via floor-to-ceiling windows and allow you to perfectly enjoy the southern sun.
Another highlight are the two windows that open onto the Canal de la Robine. Magnificent views are guaranteed here. In the middle of peaceful nature, very close to the beach and town.

You already have your own path to your wonderful holiday location from the private parking lot: After the entrance with a small cloakroom area, the stairs take you straight to the open and lofty south wing of the penthouse. The spacious common rooms are located there.
The large living room is spread over two floors and offers great views of the vineyards, the Canal de la Robine or the terrace with the private pool and loungers.
The living room also has a cozy fireplace and flexible sofas - perfect for relaxing, enjoying, reading or simply having a good conversation in a large group with a glass of wine.
The kitchen is fully equipped and, along with the pool terrace, forms the center of the penthouse. It connects the south wing with the north wing and lets you see the vineyards.
From there you can then choose whether the meal can be enjoyed in the dining room or on the outdoor terrace with the long dining table.

A total of four bedrooms and an additional gallery offer space for up to 12 people.
All king-size beds are made of solid wood and are equipped to a high quality: an EMMA mattress with topper and feather-light bed linen further increase your well-being for a perfectly rested sleep.
The acoustic panels and the flexible wardrobe from PAMO also create a pleasant room climate.
Anywhere it is possible to completely darken the room and an insect screen also protects you from unwanted visitors at night.

The bedroom in the south wing has a jungle design and is equipped with a large king-size double bed.
It faces east. If you want, you can wake up here to the wonderful Mediterranean morning sun.

The first bedroom in the north wing has a beach design and is adjacent to the large terrace with the long dining table. The camouflage net there conjures up wonderful shadow plays on the king-size double bed in the morning.
There is space for four people in total, as the room has a mezzanine with a queen-size double bed - ideal for another adult, a couple or two children!
third
The largest bedroom borders directly on the pool and of course also has a king-size double bed.
The Pamo wall cupboard is particularly large here and the rocking chair invites you to linger if you are captivated by a book or if you want to enjoy the view of the terrace in your own four walls.
A narrow side window is also attractive here

This room is directly adjacent to the third bedroom and has a couch that can quickly be converted into an oversized single bed. The lying surface is 240cm by 110cm and you will receive an extra topper from us so that you can sleep on it even more heavenly.
And if you need to cool down in between, a private staircase takes you directly to the pool!

Above the living room is the gallery with two additional sofas that can be converted into sleeping accommodation.

Optionally, the three sofas in the living room can also be used as sleeping accommodation, so that the penthouse has a maximum of 14 beds.

Both the south wing and the north wing each have their own bathroom and toilet.
The bathroom in the south wing impresses with its clever use of space and stylish furnishings. This creates an atmosphere in which people enjoy relaxing and caring.
There you will find a sink, the shower, the toilet and even a large bathtub.
From the third and fourth bedrooms you have your own access to the second bathroom with two sinks, a bathtub and plenty of storage space for your utensils.
In the transition to the north wing there is the second toilet and also a washing machine.
Of course we also have an iron and an ironing board for you!
relax
As if the pool terrace wasn't wonderful enough...
There is a second terrace right next to the kitchen where you can soak up the morning sun and enjoy your first coffee.
In the evening it is suitable as a BBQ terrace if you want to light up the charcoal grill.
So that you also have space for eating in large groups in the outdoor area, we have a third terrace for you! A long dining table with space for up to 14 people leaves nothing to be desired.
The camouflage net is also special here, as it protects you from too much sun and creates wonderful shadow games.
And the fairy lights provide you with cozy ambient lighting throughout the night. So that every bottle of wine is a pleasure.
Views
From the large terrace you have a direct view of the UNESCO World Heritage site “Le Canal de la Robine", which is connected to the Canal du Midi and is ideal for a walk or bike ride at any time.
From the two chairs you can also perfectly enjoy the vineyards and the sunset through the terrace window - a wonderful spectacle every evening!
